Our Programs

Home Learning Pods

Our small-group learning pods are thoughtfully designed to nurture both social connection and personalized learning, tailored to the unique needs and interests of each child. Families can create their own pods, or we can help form a supportive group aligned with your child's learning journey. Pods typically consist of two to four students and operate on a tiered pricing system. The curriculum is adaptable, spanning the learning levels of all pod members. Sessions can be held at the Sol learning space or at a location chosen by the pod.

One-on-One Support

Our individual homeschool support sessions are carefully customized to meet your child's unique needs and interests. We provide one-on-one support, whether as a long-term solution or a bridge until a suitable learning pod becomes available. This program works collaboratively with your family's other support workers (Behaviour Consultants, SLPs, OTs etc.) and accommodates various funding options such as AFU, Fawkes, Self Design, E-Bus, and others. If you're seeking additional support, we're happy to connect you with professionals currently accepting clients in the area.

Learners are always welcome in the Sol learning space or at a location best suited to your family's needs.

ADST / Arts Pods

Brought to you in collaboration with the incredible Create Makerspace, we offer small-group applied design and skills training / arts pods. Run on Thursday mornings from 9-11 throughout the school year, with opportunities for summer camps, students will learn techniques in pottery, woodwork, digital fabrication, cultural programs, robotics and electronics. Each technique runs for approximately 6-8 weeks and will include basic safety knowledge, skills and guided exploration. This is an interest-based, low-demand environment, provided by neuro-affirming instructors and the support of sol educators.

Each day is filled with small hikes, engaging games, music, creative arts and crafts, and plenty of opportunities for hands-on nature exploration. No special skills are required—just a sense of curiosity and a love for old-fashioned fun! Camps are based out of our Valleycliffe learning space and led by our experienced team.
